•         What are your modes of payment?

Ø  Bank deposit/transfers (BDO and BPI), via Dragonpay (web admin fee of

Php 50 will apply, Cash on Delivery (for Metro Manila only, fee of Php 50 will

apply. Once we receive your orders, we will confirm it by

sending you an invoice through email with the total amount due, our bank

details/how to pay, and further instructions on how to send proofs of payment

(for bank transactions). For Dragonpay, please follow the instructions

provided by Dragonpay to complete payment.

  •         What are the Dragonpay payment channels?

Ø  LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Bayad Center, SM Bills Payments, and

Robinsons Bills Payment. An additional Php 50 for the web admin fee on top

of your order and shipping fee shall apply.

  •         How long to deliver?

Ø  Please allow our team two (2) business days, weekends and holidays not

included, to verify and prepare the orders. For bank and Dragonpay

transactions, there is a period of 1-2 business days for verification of payment.

Note that delivery to your address would be 2-3 business days for Metro

Manila, and approximately 5-7 days for provincial.

Ø  The watch has a 1-month warranty (mechanism and battery only) from date of purchase. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse or any instructions provided was not followed by the user that may cause the warranty to be voided.

Ø   The battery is already included and the watch activated upon delivery to

last for at least six months. In any case the battery would ran out before or

after six months, you can have it replaced; it is available at most local watch

  •   What is the background of your advocacy?

Ø  With every purchase of LifeSaver Products (watch and shirt), we donate 50% of the net proceeds to Cancer patients and its various beneficiaries. Aside from the children who are fighting against Cancer, ages 0-15 years old,  we also support non-profit organizations, namely, Tahanan Sta. Luisa in Antipolo City – a crisis intervention for street children, and Tahanan Carmel D’ Amore in Laoag, Ilocos Norte – a center for abandoned children managed by the Sisters of the Divine Zeal.

  •   How do you plan on helping Cancer patients?

Ø  We are currently helping an average of 40 Cancer patients a month. We help them through giving them financial support during their interview at our office. We also give them the opportunity to sell our LifeSaver products with a discount for them to have additional income for their medication.
