For items ordered on our website, the watch has a 1-month warranty (mechanism and battery only) from date of purchase. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse or any instructions provided was not followed by the user that may cause the warranty to be voided.

The battery life may vary but based on the experiences of our clients, they last for at least six months. In any case the battery would ran out before or after six months, you can have it replaced. It is available at most local watch repair shops.

It has an alloy case that is enough for daily use and water resistant, a mineral glass lens that is scratch and impact-resistant and a hypoallergenic silicon strap.

With every purchase of LifeSaver Products (watch and shirt), we donate 50% of the net proceeds to Cancer patients and its various beneficiaries. Aside from the children who are fighting against Cancer, ages 0-15 years old,  we also support non-profit organizations, namely, Tahanan Sta. Luisa in Antipolo City – a crisis intervention for street children, and Tahanan Carmel D’ Amore in Laoag, Ilocos Norte – a center for abandoned children managed by the Sisters of the Divine Zeal.

We are currently helping an average of 40 Cancer patients a month. We help them through giving them financial support during their interview at our office. We also give them the opportunity to sell our LifeSaver products with a discount for them to have additional income for their medication.

Yes, we only customize the packaging, not the watch itself. Aside from this, we also provide bookmark  for each customized box.

We encourage to finalize the design a week before the target delivery date to prepare and avoid any delays.

For bulk orders, verification of payment, processing of order including packaging customization will undergo 3-7 business days before shipping it to the courier.
